Your primary goal is to make sure that our customers feel heard and are taken care of in a timely and thoughtful manner. We use customer service as an opportunity to educate our customers about a holistic and individualistic approach to personal care and our company values.

Remember that body chemistry is unique from person to person. We are not doctors or healthcare providers and don’t make suggestions for what someone should do. We make recommendations, which are based on our own experiences, by listening to the customer. You’re providing a tailored response that addresses the customer’s concerns and conveys a willingness to help under the umbrella of our mission.

Responding to customers begins with listening and answering each of their concerns to the best of our ability. Aim to help the customer get the most out of their purchase through suggesting different ways of using it and sending samples of other products that might be a better fit.

Our brand tone is friendly, casual, kind and not overly technical. Try to connect with customers by sharing your personal preferences when applicable. We use ungendered language and avoid stereotypes (example: there are no scents that are good for “men” or “women”). Throw in an exclamation point and/or happy face to warm up messages!

We aim to respond to customers within 24 hours (does not include Friday/ weekends).
